Home Health Aides

	Functions in a supportive relationship to professional staff with appropriate supervision and guidance.
	All of our aides are Certified Home Health Aides.
	Duties are defined in an individualized patient care plan developed by a professional nurse, and based on the evaluation of the patient's needs.
	Assists with personal care, light housekeeping, and other home health related tasks.

Home Health Aide Supervisor/Nursing Supervisor, with VNA since 1974. She supervises 80 home health care aides who provide care throughout Oneida County.
